Dresser walked out of the building with his guys after taking their team trophy and was halfway to the post-party before the COY award was announced. ESPN couldn't show him on the stage at the time because he wasn't there. A number of people (including me) called him to tell him he won and to hurry back. Picture the COY sprinting down 33d Ave for his trophy. Then he had to deal with the MSG security people who didn't know who he was. They weren't letting people back in. It took a while and he eventually made it to the stage 5-10 minutes later for pictures, but maybe no ESPN cameras at that point. I heard that I-Mar had the same problem getting back through security for his award, although he had not completely left the building like Dresser.
